Support requests can be emailed directly to a support technician or entered through our web site using the Support Request Form.

By using secure state of the art software we offer support either to the server (if permissions are supplied) or directly to the end user machine. Support to the end user machine is done by temporarily installing a secure link by using the standard Internet Browser and secure pin number activation. Once the session has been closed the installed software is removed automatically and it is not possible to establish the link again without further permission being granted.
